Our journey began with our Founder Fatima, a lover of everything Senegal, who wanted to share beautiful Dakar rings with her friends and community. You guys loved our rings, and consistently wanted to see more. Knowing the potential in this opportunity, Kayrafet was born. From one Senegalese girl to two Senegalese sisters who share a deep bond, a passion for creativity, and a dream to bring a piece of Senegal's rich heritage to you.
Founded through humble beginnings, Kayrafet started as a labor of love, with rings curated and sold at schools, local community events, and even from our very own bedroom and dorm rooms. As we saw our creations spark joy and admiration in the hearts of our customers, we realized that Kayrafet was destined for something greater. It had become a symbol of Dakar fashion and appreciation, a testament to the vibrant culture of Senegal. Together, Aisha and Fatima came together to share the love they both share for Dakar fashion, culture, and lifestyle through our brand!
