Refund/ Exchange Policy.

Refunds are available in the case that your jewelry breaks/is shipped damaged and the policy is as follows:

- Kayrafet insures a 30-day guarantee on all of our products  through refunding one’s order or replacing the item considering inventory allows so  

~ If a customer complains about a damaged item after the 30-day guarantee period, Kayrafet is not responsible for the refund or damage  

~ If we cannot replace the item, the client gets a refund or they will get a similar set of their choice for free.

~ Laams sales are final and non refundable. Due to its customization nature, communicate any particularity before the laam is made & shipped.
